“How to Nurture Yourself When You Are Grieving:
A Wellness Seminar”
 

Losing someone who we love can be a devastating experience.  In the midst of our grief, it is important to take care of ourselves – to be gentle, to nurture ourselves and to be around others who are going through similar challenges. 

 To help you to nurture yourself, the Bereavement Services Department of Gilchrist Hospice Care and Evans Funeral Chapel are sponsoring a day long Wellness Seminar entitled “How to Nurture Yourself While Grieving” on Saturday, October 13, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Conference Center at Sheppard Pratt, in Towson, Maryland.  For $15 per person or $25 per family, attendees will hear an inspirational message about moving through grief by Dr. Ann Kaiser Stearns, participate in workshops, and enjoy a continental breakfast and buffet lunch.
